We’re Hosting a Meetup about Data and Social Change

We are excited to host The Bay Area Women in Machine Learning & Data Science Meetup Group in our San Francisco office on Monday, January 25th at 6:00pm for tech talks, appetizers, and beverages.

At the meetup, our data team will discuss how they use the algorithms and machine learning to build social movements and connect people to causes and organizations they are passionate about. Talks will be on a variety of topics relevant to data scientists, analysts, and data engineers who are keen to use their skills for social good.

In case you haven’t heard about Bay Area Women in Machine Learning & Data Science, this is a group for women interested in machine learning and data science. They meet to socialize and discuss these disciplines in an informal setting, with the purpose of building a community around women in these fields. They pride themselves on being inclusive of anyone who identifies as female or genderqueer.

Change.org and Bay Area Women in Machine Learning & Data Science are partnering together to support everyone, from any background, to change the world. And we are really excited to provide a great opportunity for women to improve their skills.

We hope you can join us!
